3 surprises this morning around 8am, all on the small flood near the bridge:

4 Whooper Swan (2A, 2juv)
2 Little Egret
1 Redshank

Also, Kestrel 2, Buzzard 2 and Sparrowhawk 1.

Small bird flock of 150-200 was mainly Skylark with small numbers of Corn Bunting, Linnet, Reed Bunting and Goldfinch.

30-40 Fieldfare, few Redwing, 30 Lapwing, 750 Starling, Herring Gull, 2 Cormorants, 2 Teal and usual pheasant, Woodpigeons and corvids.
