Geese Eyes Lane

Post by John Frankland »

c 1000 mixed geese on Eyes Lane this evening.

c 700 Pink-Footed
c 250 Canada
c 50 Greylag

And a couple of white geese amongst them. Record shot photo attached. I wasn’t convinced on Snow Goose but would be interested in any comments to the contrary.

Possibly a leucistic Greylag, I have seen some at Marshside a couple of years ago.
