Plenty of starlings with youngster in tow around coppull today also sparrowhawk with prey item .

Just a few youngsters squawking around the neighbourhood yesterday afternoon.

Four being fed by parents in garden this morning.

The local flock has now built up to around a dozen.

17 (5 adult) creating quite a commotion busily consuming fat balls this PM in our garden

At least 30 young being fed by parents at the church end of the Yarrow this morning when a Sparrowhawk swooped in and snatched one of them.

Around 100 starlings together in the village today and a sparrowhawk flew through but the starlings were aware of the danger .

Several parties of squawking young Starlings in the Brindle area this morning.
