Tan House Valley

Post by paul b »

Seems to be a bit of a stronghold for Common Frogs with 5 sites with spawn clump counts of 20+, 30+ X2, 50 and 70. One of the 30+ sites is in a man made pond in a Biological Heritage Site so well done to the farmer.

The other sightings -roe deer buck (maybe the same one as yesterday even if about a mile apart); rabbit (seen more so far this year than last two years together); kestrel; buzzard;numerous small groups of blue and grey tits; wren; jay.
