Birds seen/heard: 1 Grey Heron seen & another heard, 1 Great Crested Grebe and 2 Cormorant on Adlington Reservoir, 2 Mallard and 10+ Teal on the nature reserve side, 1 Kingfisher, 2 Long Tailed Tit, 2 Great Tit, 3 Blue Tit, 1 possible Willow Tit seen, 8 Lesser Redpoll. 2 Chaffinch, Blackbird, Fieldfare heard.
Fungi: Birch Polypore, Artists Bracket and one gilled mushroom yet to be identified.
