7.30 am start on the tops , at least 7 kestrel ( one group of 4 ) small numbers of meadow pipits , 1 wheatear , 2 stonechat ( 1m 1 juv ) several crows , 1 swallow , Andy makin had spotted a red grouse wih 4 small young on the lancs side .
Lower rivington res , 5 cormorant , 1 gc grebe , small numbers of lbb and bh gulls , around 60 lapwing , pied wagtail , swallows and swifts in small numbers .
