Croston twin lakes / sewage works area .

Went to see how the great crested grebes were getting on and it was good news with at least 3 well grown young and 4 adults present and around 10 mallard , around the sewage works there was 4 tree sparrows , at least 4 pied wagtails on a muck heap , 7 goldfinch and a yellowhammer was singing , swifts , swallows and house martin were buzzing around .
