Withnell Fold Flashes and reserve

A Little Owl was a nice surprise, but otherwise there was nothing unusual. 5 Chiffchaff were singing in the reserve and 3 or 4 Reed Bunting were singing at the flashes:-
Canada Goose c60 (no young), mongrel geese 14, Buzzard, Little Owl, Lapwing c30, Oystercatcher 2, Woodpigeon 50+, Stock Dove, Swift, Swallow, House Martin, Pied Wagtail, Song Thrush, Nuthatch, Treecreeper, Blackcap 2, Chiffchaff 5, Rook / Jackdaw / Crow 200+, Goldfinch, Reed Bunting 4
Mammals:- Brown Hare 3
Insects:- Blue-tailed Damselfly, Large White, GV White, Gatekeeper
Flora:- Meadowsweet, Rosebay Willowherb, Purple Vetch, Bird'sfoot Trefoil
