Single bird over the twin lakes this evening feeding high up at the bottom of the first lake , also 5 gc grebe , 2 teal , 1 tufted , 2 oystercatcher , 40 linnet , lots of pied wagtail ( len thought he had seen some white ones ) .
Eyes lane , at least 1 white wagtail maybe 3/4 , 1 on the muck piles alone and 2/3 amongst a large flock of pied wagtails , shelducks , mallards , 12 whooper , 6 mute swans , meadow pipits , heard a yellowhammer , 1 peregrine .
Sand martin and white wagtail brings my chorley year list up to 102 species .
