Croston Twin Lakes and sewage works

Drew a blank with hirundines - probably too sunny. 5 Buzzards were soaring together over Croston. 8 Tufted, 4 GC Grebe, 12 Canada Geese and 2 Oystercatcher were on the lakes, and apart from a few Pied wagtail, that was it.

Did see 3 Sand Martins flying high over the lakes Neil. also seen. 2 Oystercatchers. 8 Tufted Ducks. 4 GC Grebes. Blackbirds. Magpies. Mallard. Wood Pigeons. B/G Tits. Chiffchaff. Robin. Small number of Pied Wagtails and Reed Buntings and 1 Wren near Sewage Works, with 3 Buzzards hovering overhead. Also saw the Peregrine on Morrisons chimney yesterday.

Peregrine. Sand Martin and Chiffchaff take me to 65 on the Chorley sightings.
