Croston twin lakes / sewage works area .

Post by gary lilley » Tue Mar 29, 2016 5:11 pm

Just had a quick visit as the rain started , 2 swallow , 10+ sand martin all feeding low over the water , 7 tufted duck , 4 gc grebe , 1 kestrel , 2 lapwing , several reed bunting , at least 30 pied wagtail on the stubble field , could it be a good year for the yellow wagtail ?
Swallow brings my year list for the chorley area to 101 species .
