I was coming out of Lead Mine Clough 2 weeks ago and saw what I thought was a peregrine perched on the fence posts above Pikestones . However, it appeared too heavy and didn't seem to have a discernible mask. I thought my guess at a Goshawk was over ambitious. Not a million miles to Heath Charnock!
