Found on Birkacre Rucks tentatively ID as a Sparrowhawk then someone suggested Merlin due to no barring on front of wing I haven't a clue - open to ID

Nobody seems to be in a rush to stick their neck out on this one, Carol. I think I'd go with your original ID of Sparrowhawk. Makes you wonder what got it, though.
