Late afternoon visit. 3.30-5.00.

River Douglas.
Mallard c30. Teal 5. Goosander. Moorhen 3. Little Grebe.

Green Sandpiper and Redshank on the small flooded field.

A flock of 50+ Corn Bunting by the national grid compound was the largest I've seen in the area

Buzzard. Peregrine. Common Snipe 2. Jackdaw c80. Skylark c20. Linnet c20. Yellowhammer 4. Tree Sparrow* 4. Chaffinch 5. Fieldfare c30. Redwing c40.

*Tree Sparrow plus Water Rail and Greylag Goose on this mornings duck count take my score to 77

Corn Buntings seen earlier , same area, quite mobile.
