Report of a little egret on the syd brook eccleston yesterday .

I did a full circular walk from Tincklers to St.Mary's early yesterday morning and hardly saw any birds the best being 3 Long tailed tits and a couple of Buzzard, only thing on the River were Mallards, keep hoping for a Cattle Egret or even a Gt White would do.

Took a look just in case it was still there, only thing I could find was a grey Heron.

The little egret was near to bygone times John not the long meadows end .

That'll explain why I didn't see anything then, haven't been down that end for a few years.
