A Sparowhawk came into the garden this morning, while I was having breakfast. It landed on the edge of our patio and sat there for 2 or 3 minutes - no more than 4 feet from the house.
10 minutes later it was on the fence at the bottom of the garden for a good 5 minutes. It alowed me to approach to about 30 feet before flying off. Picture in my gallery http://gallery.chorleynats.org.uk/main. ... ewsIndex=1
This afternoon we had a Comma. http://gallery.chorleynats.org.uk/main. ... alNumber=2
