A field trip to the Pinetum at Rivington to be led by Chris Johnson as a follow up to her article in last winter's Newsletter. We also hope to look out for fungi both in the Pinetum itself and in the surrounding area.
Park on the drive leading up to Rivington Hall and the Hall Barn, but at the lower end near to the Lower (Great House) Barn. Meet at 10.00 am for a prompt start.

Rivington very wet
Just a warning to anyone intending coming on the field trip, it is very wet underfoot. Also very few fungi about
