9.00-12.00 - all from Nel's Hide - highlight was first ever sighting of long-billed dowitcher. Highlights include c snipe, curlew, redshank, ruff, dunlin, greenshank, BT godwit (100's), curlew sandpiper, teal, wigeon, gadwall, pintail, shoveler, cattle & little egret, GBB gull, golden & grey plover, sparrowhawk. Good to see the weather has pushed a few of these into Chorley district.
