Great views of a hobby this afternoon and a possible red kite flying high above the A59 .

On the back lanes between midge hall and new longton recently , 2 curlew , 2 oystercatchers , yellowhammer , whitethroat , 1 little owl dead on road , good numbers of woodpigeon on the stubble fields , witnessed a sparrowhawk take a blackbird .
