An horrendous day at the centre today, with very strong winds and sweeping rain kept most of the wildlife grounded.
But the miserable weather didn't dampen the day. A Great White Egret and Common Buzzard showed well as did a Marsh Harrier tucked in the vegetation away from the wind. A water Rail also showed briefly from the Hale hide. Lots of waders feeding on the potato pile in front of the hide.
