Preston Marina

Post by peter rowlands »

Common Terns doing well on the Pontoons. Good numbers of Juveniles & chicks. I could only make out a couple of Arctic Terns. Plenty of Gulls. 2 Cormorants. Coots & Mallards.

Lovely pictures. Went to have a look today. Well recommended with youngsters in a wide range of stages of development. Arctic Terns towards the centre pontoons. Bonus as well the Ring Billed Gull which has now been at the docks for the last 3 days, very close by the green take away van.

Thanks Ian. Like you said the Ring-billed Gull showed very well near the take away van this afternoon.
