Martin Mere

Post by peter rowlands »

Plenty of birds on view today, but strangely no raptors. 2 Med Gull were amongst lots of BH Gulls. 2 little Ringed Plovers. m/f Gadwall. Avocet. GS Woodpecker. Lots of finches & warblers singing around the reserve. A pair of cosy Woodpigeons & a Female Cuckoo showed briefly before flying off.
