Only just outside our area. A lady rang to ask ID for two birds she had videoed on the roof of her barn near Leyland. I went and had a look and saw good views on the video of the two birds. They were two nutcrackers

Nutcrackers ? If so, whereabouts in Farington/Leyland were they last seen ?

They were seen just north of Centurion Way, but at least ten days ago

Amazing record for Leyland. Last saw these in Switzerland last summer with Lammergeier, Alpine Accentor, Alpine Chough and Citril Finch.
