A few Bluebells out, Many Ramsons in bud but could only find one in flower, Abundant L.Celandine, Opp.Lvd.G.Saxifrage and Wood Anemones. Nice patch of Wood Sorrel now well out. Scarlet Elf Cups 2 Peacock Butterflies Willows area of LBM - Pond Stunning Marsh Marigolds and Cuckoo Flowers/Ladies Smock

Flowering abundantly by the pond in the Willows area of Lower Burgh Meadows.

Surprised to see hedgehog in garden this afternoon (3.45) under bird feeders. Gave it some mealworms and couple of slugs which it mostly managed to polish off before scuttled off after being investigated by a couple of magpies - one had a quick peck but jumped back, possibly prickled face! Will star...

There was a third Gt.C.Grebe on big lodge which swam low and rapidly at the displaying couple and broke up the display - I've never seen that before
