Little Egret on the Goit

I am told by a Brinscall resident that there has been a Little Egret on the Goit between Heather Lea Woods and White Coppice. Not sure if it is still there.

Brikacre

Big Lodge: 12 Tufted Duck,2 GC Grebes, 5 Mute Swans as well as lots of Mallard Coot and BH Gulls.
Top Lodge: Grey Heron, 1x Teal. Water Rail out in the open. 2 Reed Buntings. A few Moorhens.

Water Rail brings my Chorley list to one more than it was this morning. Gary should not be worried yet.

Still getting Red Admirals on the ivy (just 1 today, but 3 plus a Comma a few...

Willow Tit on the bird feeders in the garden this afternoon.
Last weekend we had a Chiffchaff for a couple of days.
Both these are unusual for our garden.
