About 20 Housemartins feeding above the River Darwen at Hoghton Bottoms, Valley Rd end, spotted during our river clean this morning.
We had over 30 at the river clean (fantastic community spirit) and we filled a large skip.

There are Water Vole about 100m up from the houses across the old Boat Yard Pub (soon to become offices) on the Withnell Fold side.
