The highlight of the day was a Hobby hunting near Round Loaf. Family parties of Stonechat were at 4 locations, Drinkwaters. Great Hill farm. Lower Hempshaws and Simms. High Bullough Reservoir.
Little Grebe 2 juveniles. Mallard c25. Tufted Duck 4. Moorhen. Oystercatcher overhead. Swallow 5. Great spotted Woodpecker. pair of Nuthatch with 3 juveniles.

Evening stroll 6.00-9.00. Anglezarke moor was very quiet, just Raven 2, Curlew 2 and several Meadow Pipits 2 Painted Ladies were at Round Loaf Dean Black Brook. 2 pairs of Stonechat with 2 and 1 juveniles. Reed Bunting 3.
